Scope

Schematic design to develop 8.4 waterfront acres facing Fort Pierce’s Indian River. The program calls for the design of a for sustainable commercial fishing marina with dock master offices, 20,000 SF fish processing and storage facility a 40,000 SF Automated Dry storage for 300 boats and a 2,500 SF restaurant component on the water edge. Special consideration had to be taken for the FDOTs plans of replacing the existing two - lane bridge with a wider two lane a high - level fixed bridge constructed north of the existing bridge.
