Scope

A 25,000 Sq Ft., 5 stories building with 4,500 Sq. Ft. of retail and 20 Lofts apartments. The project is composed of 3 connecting buildings: A new 5 stories modern bar type building with an all - glass façade facing North on 5th Avenue with retail space at the ground level, 14 loft units above and accessible private roof terrace on the roof. This building connects to a pool deck via a series of bridges. The pool deck seats on the roof of a one story historical renovated structure from the 1940s which has been turned into 4 apartments. The third structure is a 3 - story building facing the alley at the Eastern short side of the property and has parking at the ground level and 2 lofts above.
